Today in the Dáil, the Legal Services Regulation Bill 2011 will be discussed at second stage. In the Seanad, Health (Provision of General Practitioner Services) Bill 2011 will be discussed. The Jobs, Social Protection and Education Committee will meet to discuss private pensions with the Irish Brokers Association.

Today in the Dáil, the Dormant Accounts (Amendment) Bill 2011 will be discussed at second stage. In the Seanad, statements will be heard on the EU "Fiscal Compact" Treaty by Minister of State for European Affairs, Lucinda Creighton TD. The Environment, Transport, Culture and the Gaeltacht Committee will discuss regulation of the vehicle clamping industry.
 

In the Dáil today, the Legal Services Regulation Bill 2011 will be discussed. In the Seanad, the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs will deliver a statement on Foreign Affairs issues. Dr. Alan Ahearne,  Mr Tom McDonnell,  Professor John McHale and Professor Karl Whelan will today attend the European Union Affairs Committee to discuss the new EU Fiscal Treaty. 

Today in the Dáil, statements will be heard following the European Council meeting on Monday. In the Seanad, the Water Services (Amendment) Bill 2011 will be discussed. The Jobs, Social Protection and Education Committee will meet to discuss the future role of guidance counselling in secondary schools and the future of the Modern Languages in Primary Schools Initiative (MLPSI).
