The ability to make effective use of the Labour Relations Commission’s Conciliation and Rights Commissioner services as well as the Labour Court is an essential skill for managers responsible for industrial and employee relations and organisational change. Many routine industrial relations disputes are resolved through these services as are many disputes arising from the Croke Park Agreement.
This one-day workshop gives practical insights into how the LRC and Labour Court operate.
