This seminar has been designed for all members of staff with a supervisory role who feel that the productivity of their team or organisation is being undermined by the underperformance of a team member. The seminar provides practical, informal solutions to such behavioural problems. At the end of the seminar delegates will:

• understand what underperformance is and what causes it;
• take away a toolkit of informal solutions to challenging behaviours;
• be able to apply these solutions in real-life work situation.
