Public Affairs Ireland is organising a conference on current challenges and changes affecting the public sector in Ireland in 2010. The conference will hear from a range of leading speakers who will address current issues from a range of perspectives.
Ombudsman and Information Commissioner, Emily O’Reilly will look at service delivery by the public service in challenging times, in particular from the perspective of the customers of public services.
Dr. Maureen Gaffney, will examine the impact of the current challenges on public servants as individuals, in particular addressing issues of motivation and morale.
