Despite the existence for some time of a gender equality policy in the civil service, women continue to be excluded from the upper echelons of civil and public service organisations. This practical seminar gives women the skills and confidence to be more effective communicators, and ultimately to become successful leaders. At the end of the seminar delegates will:
