Alan Lyons is a director at KinchLyons - Irelands leading firm of organisational psychologists. Alan is a registered psychologist belonging to both the Division of Counselling Psychology and the Division of Work and Organisational Psychology within the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). A highly experienced and accredited facilitator, Alan has in-depth experience of working with the public sector. He has experience in delivering team leadership, team development seminars and personal coaching to organisations such as the Central Bank, the DAA, the IAA, Fisheries Board etc. He is a founding member of the Society for Coaching Psychology within the British Psychological Society. Alan is also an accredited sport psychologist and professional member of the Irish Institute of Sport.
